A triathlon training plan from Brownlee Fitness aimed at getting 'base' miles in during the off-season. Focused on providing sessions that can be achieved during the colder months you will find skill-based and aerobic swim sets, turbo session ideas and much more.
Suited to a range of skills and experience from beginners to the seasoned triathlete:
- Can train 4 - 8 hours per week
- Able to swim 200m non-stop, cycle for 60 mins & run for 40 minutes
